About Me

I've been a trial lawyer in Broward for most of the last 17 years handling criminal cases of all types. I also handle family law cases with a focus on resolving marital disputes with fairness and without fighting over small things and jacking up legal fees.

You're quite welcome, Steve. I see a lot of you "do your thing" in court. I know who will be a good fit on the bench ;0) Now we have to make sure you all get there!

VOTE EARLY FROM HOME

Second Order on my motion to dismiss lawsuit's attempt to kick me off the ballot.

Political Machine's attempt to force me from the ballot fails a SECOND TIME.

The frivolous lawsuit filed by what Jaablog refers to as Team Merrigan has for the second time been dismissed by yet a second judge, this time by Edward Garrison in West Palm.  This under-handed attempt to avoid the democratic process has now failed again.   Tell the entrenched political machine in Broward that you don't want them anymore, that you're not afraid of them.  Vote for me on election day.  Help me make the people matter again.  VOTE FOR GOLBURGH for Broward County Court Judge.  Thank you.
